Testimonials
"I highly recommend Elmo. It's no secret around Healthways that I have greatly benefited from his Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Not only did I experience a physical reaction (lowered blood pressure, maintained over 2 years now), but also an emotional reaction from colleagues. My awareness and self-management of emotions has significantly improved, and others have noticed. I have heard several times that my calmness is reassuring to others. One former boss said I was the calmest person he ever knew. This is all only after the MBSR program. Before it, I was a different person. I will leave that to your imagination, but just imagine the typical Type A personality pursuing a competitive position within any situation. Elmo is highly trained, deeply knowledgable, and personable. He is the epitome of mindfulness and mindful leadership. His unique combination of life experiences, corporate training, and personal motivation are inspiring. I highly recommend you let him inspire you too. I will forever be in debt to him." -Brian Barnes, Ph.D.

The meditation presentation you gave at the Nashville Public Library Staff Development Day was excellent.  Staff members learned a great deal.  Comments included: "He brought meditation down to the brass tacks. Many people strive to achieve a higher state and fail because they are not accepting of themselves in the here and now. I learned that having compassion for ourselves and others helps us to be less judgmental and happier.  This session was AMAZING." Thank you again for such an informative program. -Jena Schmid, Main Library Administrator
