Mindfulness Based Coaching (Appointment): MBC offers just-in-time 1:1 coaching, mindfulness education and application in recognizing, managing and overcoming compulsive mental & emotional states and rut energies that deplete us from living happily and successfully.  MBC interventions are grounded in the practices and application of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and combine the long-term development and self-generation of the client (Coaching) with enhancing  mental, emotional, physical & spiritual well-being (Mindfulness).  Six (6) session minimum. Mindfulness Coaching for Executives (Appointment): MCE in a business context supports Executives in developing and sustaining emotionally intelligent behaviors that are effective, nurturing, authentic, and self-generational.  Succinctly, MCE represents the difference between living in the concept of leadership v the actuality of leading others.  It is grounded in the practices of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Presence Based Coaching.   MCE promotes leadership as "seeing the reality of one's current situation and mobilizing the most appropriate response." Eight (8) session minimum or monthly retainer fee as agreed with client. Enroll.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (90 min/week for 6 consecutive weeks): MBSR is a method of using meditation and movement to cultivate awareness and reduce stress. It is based on the ancient practice of mindfulness, which is about waking up, being fully alive, and being present in the richness of each moment, each day of our lives. The  core practices emphasized in this program are: Meditation-Movement-Exercise-Sleep-Mindful Eating & Cultivating Self-Compassion.

Mindfulness Support Group (Wednesdays Weekly from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. at 12South Dharma Center, 2301 12th Ave South, Ste 202 @ Linden Ave).  The MSG is comprised of people who are interested in the cultivation and application of the core practices and principles of mindfulness. We Sit (guided meditation), Move (gentle tai chi & qigong), and Talk (mindfulness teaching and group conversation).

Taking Refuge 4M (Monday Morning Mindfulness Message): TR is a free blog service provided by Mindful Foundations to all those interested in beginning each week with a mindful insight on how to live, work, & play with a lens of present-moment awareness and intention.

Mindfulness Based Leadership Development (90 min/week for 6 weeks): MBL uses methodologies grounded in the traditional Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.  It emphasizes three (3) major leadership success components (self-awareness, self-regulation, self-compassion) and helps participants integrate these with mindfulness formal practices. Mindful Leadership is the difference between the leading in the "concept of leadership and the actuality of leading.

Mindfulness for Business Workshops (Day Workshops): MBW combines the  essential elements of MBSR and MBL interventions into a one-day workshop for busy professionals who travel and are unable to attend during weekdays. Sessions are typically scheduled on Saturday from 10a - 4:30p and are limited to 12 participants. MBW focuses on four (4) key components:  Attention training through relaxed embodied awareness; Discovering personal purpose through self-awareness; Identifying and changing unproductive mental states; Cultivating an attitude of self-compassion.


Day of Mindfulness Home Retreats (One-day silent retreats): DOM retreats are typically "silent" retreats that allows for the comfort of a home environment (we bring mindfulness practices to your door) and incorporate practices of guided meditation, tai chi and qigong movement, walking meditation, teaching and education. DOM can be open enrollment or by invitation only, depending upon the host's preference.

Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention (60 min/week for 8 consecutive weeks): MBRP offers post-treatment addiction recovery support in recognizing, managing and overcoming high risk negative mental & emotional states, social pressures or interpersonal conflicts that can result in relapse and the "abstinence violation effect".  MBRP interventions are also grounded in the practices and application of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and combine the long-term development and self-generation of the client (Coaching) with enhancing and sustaining personal mental, emotional, physical & spiritual well-being (Mindfulness). Pre-payment for the 8-week program is required. Enroll.

High Performance Team Development: HPTD offers a variety of preference/personality assessments for establishing/increasing trust and team collaboration.

    • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (1/2 Day Workshop): MBTI assessment is designed to measure psychological preferences and temperaments in how people perceive the world and make decisions. These preferences were extrapolated from the typological theories proposed by Carl Jung.
    • DiSC Communication Assessment (1/2 Day Workshop): DiSC is designed to measure communication preferences, particularly in the work-place setting and to identify behaviors that leverage healthy relations as designated by Dr. William Marston.
    • Thomas-Kilmann (Conflict) Inventory (1/2 Day Workshop): TKI is the world’s best-selling assessment for understanding how different conflict-handling styles affect interpersonal and group dynamics. It’s also a fast and powerful tool that can go beyond conflict management to support your teambuilding, leadership, and retention goals.
    • Ntrinsx True Colors (1/2 Day Workshop): NTX uses color metaphors to portray work behavioral characteristics in a high energy, fun process. Because the four colors are easy to remember in context with specific behavioral characteristics, color references naturally emerge as part of an organization’s language. (Keirsey and Lowery)
    • StrengthsFinders (1/2 Day Workshop): SF is a Web-based assessment of normal personality from the perspective of Positive Psychology. It is the first assessment instrument of this type developed expressly for the Internet. Specifically, the SF measures the presence of talents, i.e. reoccurring patterns of thought, feelings, and behaviors in 34 general areas referred to as “themes.”
    • 5 Dysfunctions of a Team (1/2 and Full-Day Workshops): 5D is a powerful model that outlines 5 distinctive dysfunctions that often derail teams and inhibit growth, collaboration and accountability.  Assessment instrument can be taken as pre-work or in-session and requires both baseline and follow-up measurements for success. 5D is one of the most effective high performing team workshops offered.
